Postage Costs (UK)

Postage is only charged once, no matter how many models you order.

Kit. Flat pack = £3 per order Finished Models = £5 per order

We do hold small stocks but products are often made to order. Stock items will normally be shipped within 3 working days. If manufactured to order, kits can normally be shipped within one week; finished models can take two to three weeks at times. If your item is not in stock the expected shipment date will be advised by e-mail. All items are carefully boxed and shipped via Royal Mail, recorded delivery.
There are many reasons beyond our control which may result in late delivery. If we discover a problem you will be emailed, but once the item has left Pendlebury Models we have little control over the Royal Mail delivery time.


Postage Costs (EU & Rest of World)

If you live outside of the United Kingdom postage will be charged at cost. If you would like to know the exact postage cost then please contact us via our "Contact Us" page.


Packaging:

Pendlebury Models are aware that the packaging of models needs to be of a high quality for collectors. Pendlebury Models however cannot guarantee the condition of the packaging of the products. The packaging is designed to protect the model in transit to you and not to look good. If you are a collector and would like presentation boxes please specify this within your order and we will check the items in question and inform you of the packaging options available.


Orders Returned to Sender:

Pendlebury Models reserves the right to charge postage for orders returned to us where a charge from the postal company is incurred. The re-sending of items will require an additional postal charge. The customer is liable for any orders shipped that are lost if an incorrect address has been supplied.


Payment:

We can accept payment via cash, cheque, postal orders or PayPal Secure Payment Services. At no time does Pendlebury Models hold or see your card details.
PayPal orders invoices will be produced upon order to the specified email address.


Price::

Pendlebury Models makes every effort to ensure the price on the website is correct. If for whatever reason the price stated on the website is incorrect we are not obliged to supply goods at the advertised price. Where this is the case you will be notified, giving you the option to cancel your order. We reserve the right to amend pricing at any time.


Product Specification:

Pendlebury Models reserves the right to change details of models at any time. Whilst we always try to maintain the overall character of a building, colours in particular may not be as shown, especially in details such as doors. If you require a specific colour please make a note in the comments box as you order or contact us.


Returns Policy:

All sales are final. If the product you receive is incorrect please contact us before returning it. If the error was not your fault and the item is returned undamaged, we will refund you the cost of postage and send you the correct item if possible. If not possible we will refund you your money. If the error was your fault and the item is returned unused and in the condition it was sent then Pendlebury Models will refund you for the value of the product, minus the cost of postage and card fees (please note that postage fees may be more then the set amount paid during checkout, as the cost of postage is often subsidised within the price of the goods).
